Does academic freedom trump others? Is laïcité or secularism an excuse or a reason for limiting religious rights? Will indigenous rights be maintained in the face of the C-5 steamroller and provincial resource projects? Are the rights of both linguistic minorities (francophone outside of Quebec and anglophone in Quebec) being respected?
