Transcripts & Records

This version may meet the requirements of many external organizations, allowing you to avoid ordering an official transcript. Once you have signed in to the myTrent portal, you can view, print, or save your unofficial transcript as a .pdf. 

From the Academics menu tab, select Academic Record, then the Unofficial Transcript icon.

Before ordering an official transcript, it’s recommended that you review your unofficial transcript as it may meet your requirements. 

Many organizations require transcripts to be emailed. In some cases, an unofficial transcript (.pdf) is sufficient; simply email the file directly to the organization. If an official transcript is needed, follow the official request process and provide the recipient's email address when prompted.

To request an official transcript, you will need an active myTrent account, then follow the instructions provided by the Office of the Registrar.

Note: If you recently activated your myTrent account, please wait 48 hours for email activation before proceeding with the transcript request.

AQ courses are listed on your unofficial and official transcripts. Review the information above on how to access and order transcripts.

If you require documentation regarding your practicum, please email practicum@trentu.ca. 

If you have an active myTrent account and are experiencing trouble signing in, start by resetting your password.

myTrent accounts remain active unless there is a 15-month period of inactivity. If you need to set-up your myTrent account, or reactivate a disabled account, please contact the Advancement Services team for assistance:
